Orders and Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Custom, made to order or pre order items may take longer and estimated lead times will be noted in the product description when applicable.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship using UPS, USPS and FedEx, depending on destination and package size.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes, a tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently primarily ship within the United States. For international requests, please contact us directly before ordering.
What happens if my package is delayed?
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are handled by the carrier. While we are happy to help point you in the right direction, PLUGNPLAYCUSTOMS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS, USPS or FedEx.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not refundable.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items in the original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email plugnplaycustoms@gmail.com with your order number, the item or items involved and the reason for the return or exchange.
Are all items returnable?
No. Custom items, special order items, clearance items and used or installed items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label so we can review the issue.
Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, PLUGNPLAYCUSTOMS products include a 90 day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Do color DRL boards come with a lifetime warranty?
Yes. PLUGNPLAYCUSTOMS color DRL boards include a limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser against manufacturing defects and board failure under normal use.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. For color DRL boards, this includes issues such as LED failure, board failure or workmanship related defects under normal intended use.
What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover improper installation, wiring issues, reversed polarity, short circuits, overvoltage, modifications, attempted repairs, water intrusion from unsealed headlights or damaged housings, physical damage, abuse or cosmetic wear.
Who can use the warranty?
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and proof of purchase is required.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Contact us at plugnplaycustoms@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or videos showing the problem.
Who pays shipping for warranty claims?
For approved claims reported within 30 days of delivery, we may cover replacement shipping at our discretion. For approved claims after 30 days, the customer is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Installation
Do I need professional installation?
Many products are designed for simple plug and play installation. However, some items such as exhaust tips, lighting parts or electrical components may require professional tools or experience. If you are unsure, we recommend professional installation.
Do you provide instructions?
Yes, installation instructions are available on our website for many products. Some items may also have install videos or photo guides.
What tools do I need for installs?
Tools vary by product, but many installs use common tools such as trim removal tools, screwdrivers and 8 mm or 10 mm sockets. Specific instructions list the required tools when available.
Can improper installation affect the warranty?
Yes. Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, modification or misuse is not covered under warranty.
Products and Compatibility
Are your parts compatible with all Genesis G70 or G80 models?
Compatibility depends on year, trim and engine type. Each product page lists supported models. If you are unsure, contact us with your vehicle details before ordering.
Do you offer parts for vehicles other than Genesis?
Yes. While we specialize in Genesis vehicles, we also develop parts for select Hyundai, Kia and other performance models. Check the fitment details on each product page.
Do you offer custom orders?
In some cases, yes. Contact us to discuss special requests.
Will modifications affect my factory vehicle warranty?
Any modification can affect how a dealer views a warranty claim. We recommend checking with your dealer if you have concerns about factory warranty coverage.
