How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Custom or pre order items may take longer and estimated lead times will be noted in the product description.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship using UPS, USPS and FedEx, depending on destination and package size.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes, a tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we primarily ship within the United States. For international requests, please contact us directly.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items. A 15% restocking fee applies. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, exchanges are accepted within 30 days. The item must be unused and in the original packaging. Customers cover shipping both ways.

Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all PLUGNPLAYCUSTOMS products include a 90 day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover improper installation, misuse or cosmetic wear.
How do I file a warranty claim?

Installation
Do I need professional installation?
Many products are designed for simple plug and play installation. However, some items such as exhaust tips or electrical parts may require professional tools or experience. If you are unsure, we recommend professional installation.
Do you provide instructions?
Yes, installation instructions are available on our website for most products.
What tools do I need for installs?
Tools vary by product, but most installs use common tools such as screwdrivers, 10 mm or 8 mm sockets and trim removal tools. Specific instructions list the required tools.
Products and Compatibility
Are your parts compatible with all Genesis G70 or G80 models?
Compatibility depends on year, trim and engine type. Each product page lists supported models. If you are unsure, contact us with your vehicle details.
Do you offer parts for vehicles other than Genesis?
