Install information

Usage notes
After you install the Genesis G70 AGS delete kit, the shutters are gone and the simulator modules tell the car that the system is functioning normally. That means no fluttering shutters, no stuck blades and no constant codes from a damaged AGS assembly. As with any airflow related change, keep an eye on coolant and oil temps, especially in hot climates or during track or spirited driving.

Will this kit cause check engine lights?
The included simulators are designed to mimic the factory shutter signals and prevent fault codes when you remove the shutters. If you see a warning, double check connections and make sure each simulator is plugged into the correct harness.
Can I go back to stock later?
Yes. You can remove the simulators, reinstall the OEM shutter assemblies and plug the factory harness back in if you ever want to return to stock.
Does this affect my factory warranty?
Any modification can affect how a dealer views a warranty claim. The kit is reversible and does not require cutting the factory harness, but final decisions are made by the dealer and manufacturer.
Is tuning required?
No. This is an airflow and electronics simulator change only. You do not need a tune just to run the AGS or AAF delete kit.
