Direct-Fit PCV-Side Catch Can System
The PNPC Oil Catch Can Kit provides a clean, direct-fit PCV-side solution for the Genesis G70 and Kia Stinger. It helps capture oil mist, moisture, and other crankcase vapors before they return to the intake tract.
Turbocharged engines can send oil mist and moisture through the PCV system during normal operation. Over time, these contaminants can coat parts of the intake path. Therefore, adding a catch can provides a separation point where oil and moisture can collect before the remaining vapors continue through the PCV system.
This complete kit combines a serviceable billet 6061 aluminum catch can with vehicle-specific mounting, pre-sized hoses, fittings, installation hardware, and an easy-access dump valve included as standard.
PCV-Side Catch Can System
The kit installs on the PCV side of the crankcase ventilation system. As crankcase vapors travel toward the intake, the catch can routes them through its internal separation section.
Oil and moisture can then collect inside the can instead of continuing directly into the intake path. Meanwhile, the PCV system continues to operate through the catch can setup.

Billet 6061 Aluminum Catch Can
The catch can uses billet 6061 aluminum construction for a durable, compact design that fits cleanly in the engine bay.
The can also features an internal separation or filter section that helps separate suspended oil and moisture from the crankcase vapors passing through it.
In addition, the catch can has a serviceable design, allowing you to open and inspect it when needed.
Dump Valve Included
A dump valve is included with every kit for quick and convenient draining during routine maintenance. You do not need to purchase the valve separately.
Instead of removing the entire catch can whenever fluid collects, the dump valve provides an easier way to drain the collected oil and moisture.

Installation
Installation typically takes approximately 15 to 30 minutes with common hand tools.
During installation, you will disconnect the applicable PCV hose and route the PCV circuit through the catch can. Then, mount the can using the supplied bracket and connect the included hoses and fittings.
