PNPC Adjustable Coilovers

Adjustable Performance Suspension for the Genesis G70 & Kia Stinger

The PNPC Adjustable Coilover Kit gives Genesis G70 and Kia Stinger owners greater control over ride height, damping, and front camber in a complete performance street suspension package.

Whether you’re building a lowered daily driver, dialing in aggressive wheel fitment, or looking for more suspension adjustment for spirited driving, these coilovers give you the flexibility to tailor the suspension to your vehicle and driving preferences.

Adjustable Performance Street Suspension

The PNPC coilover package replaces the factory springs and dampers with an adjustable suspension system. As a result, you gain more control over the vehicle’s height, damping, and front alignment setup.

  • 24-way adjustable damping
  • Adjustable ride height
  • Adjustable front camber plates
  • Front pillow-ball upper mounts
  • Twin-tube damper construction
  • Threaded height-adjustable front bodies
  • Divorced rear spring and damper arrangement
  • OEM-style rear mounting configuration
  • RWD and AWD compatibility

Because of this adjustment range, the suspension works well for daily-driven cars, aggressive street builds, wheel and tire fitment setups, spirited driving, and occasional track use.

7K Front / 14.5K Rear Spring Rates

Front

7 kg/mm

Rear

14.5 kg/mm

The PNPC setup pairs a 7 kg/mm front spring rate with a 14.5 kg/mm rear spring rate for the G70 and Stinger suspension layout.

Spring Specifications

  • Front spring rate: 7 kg/mm
  • Rear spring rate: 14.5 kg/mm
  • Front spring length: 180 mm
  • Rear spring length: 250 mm
  • Front spring ID: 62 mm
  • Rear spring ID: 62-76 mm

24-Way Adjustable Damping

Each damper offers 24 levels of damping adjustment. Therefore, you can change the suspension response to better suit your driving style, road conditions, and vehicle setup.

The general adjustment ranges are:

  • 0-8: Street-oriented range
  • 9-16: Spirited street and mountain driving range
  • 17-24: Track-oriented range
  • 24: Full hard

A middle setting provides a useful starting point for initial setup. However, there is no single damping setting that works best for every vehicle.

Tire choice, ride height, road conditions, vehicle setup, driving style, and personal preference can all affect which damping settings work best for you.

Adjustable Ride Height

The PNPC coilovers offer approximately 25-75 mm / 1-3 inches of lowering capability, depending on the vehicle and final suspension setup.

At the front, threaded shock bodies and lower mounts provide the main ride-height adjustment. This design allows you to change the installed coilover length without using spring preload as the primary height adjustment.

Front Adjustment: Set the spring preload correctly first. Then use the threaded shock body and lower mount to establish the desired front ride height.

7mm Recommended Spring Preload

The recommended starting spring preload is approximately 7 mm.

First, set preload correctly during installation. Afterward, make your final ride-height and damping adjustments.

Divorced Rear Spring & Damper Setup

The Genesis G70 and Kia Stinger use a divorced rear suspension layout. In other words, the rear spring and damper remain separate instead of combining into a traditional rear coilover assembly.

The PNPC kit retains this layout while adding an adjustable rear spring perch and adjustable rear damper.

To set the rear suspension, establish the desired ride height with the spring perch first. Next, adjust the rear damper length to match the suspension position.

Rear Adjustment: Use the spring perch to set rear ride height. Then adjust the damper length so the spring remains safely captured throughout suspension droop.

Adjustable Front Camber Plates

The front coilover assemblies include pillow-ball upper mounts with adjustable camber plates. As a result, you gain additional alignment flexibility after lowering the vehicle.

This adjustment can also help with aggressive wheel and tire combinations or other performance-oriented setups.

Once you establish the final ride height and camber settings, complete a proper wheel alignment.

Twin-Tube Damper Design

The PNPC coilovers use a twin-tube damper design for adjustable street-performance applications.

Overall, this suspension focuses on useful ride-height, damping, and alignment adjustment for enthusiast-driven street cars. At the same time, the available adjustment range also makes the setup suitable for occasional performance and track use.

Threaded Front Coilover Bodies

The front suspension uses complete replacement-style coilover assemblies with threaded bodies and lower mounts.

Because the body provides the primary height adjustment, you can maintain the intended spring preload while changing the overall installed coilover length.

Genesis G70 & Kia Stinger Fitment

The PNPC Adjustable Coilovers support both Genesis G70 and Kia Stinger applications across rear-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive configurations.

The complete mounting configuration supports the suspension layout used across both platforms while retaining the required mounting provisions for each application.

Vehicle Compatibility

  • Genesis G70 (IK): 2019-2026
  • Kia Stinger (CK): 2018-2023
  • Drivetrain: RWD & AWD
Fitment: Compatible with both RWD and AWD Genesis G70 and Kia Stinger applications.

Recommended Applications

  • Lowered daily drivers
  • Aggressive street builds
  • Performance street driving
  • Wheel and tire fitment builds
  • Vehicles requiring additional ride-height control
  • Vehicles requiring additional front camber adjustment
  • Occasional track use

Overall, the PNPC coilovers work best as an adjustable performance street suspension while still offering the adjustment range needed for a variety of enthusiast builds.

You can choose from 24 damping settings, ranging from softer street-oriented settings to firmer performance-oriented settings.

What damping setting should I start with?

A middle setting is a useful starting point. However, there is no single setting that works best for every vehicle or driver. Consider your ride height, tires, road conditions, vehicle setup, driving style, and personal preference when making adjustments.

How much can I lower the vehicle?

The available lowering range is approximately 25-75 mm, or roughly 1-3 inches, depending on the vehicle and final suspension setup.

What spring preload should I use?

Start with approximately 7 mm of spring preload.

Should I adjust front ride height with spring preload?

No. Set the spring preload correctly first. Then adjust front ride height through the threaded shock body and lower mount.

How is rear ride height adjusted?

First, adjust rear ride height through the spring perch. Then set the rear damper length appropriately so the spring remains safely captured throughout suspension droop.

Can I adjust front camber?

Yes. The front coilover assemblies include adjustable camber plates and pillow-ball upper mounts.

Installation & Use FAQ
