Factory and aftermarket exhaust setups
Our standard mounting system bolts directly to the factory oval exhaust tips. Therefore, most designs based on our current inserts can use the original mounting location without cutting or welding.
However, aftermarket exhaust systems may require additional measurements, custom mounting hardware, or design changes. Because exhaust systems can sit at different angles and distances from the rear valance, we must review modified setups before confirming fitment.

Custom-order policy
All custom exhaust tip sets are final sale.
We design and manufacture each custom set specifically for the customer’s approved request. Therefore, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges after the customer approves the design and manufacturing begins.
However, we will address a set that arrives defective or does not match the approved specifications.
Customer responsibilities

Design and manufacturing limitations
Reference images help us understand the style you want. However, we may need to adjust the design to improve fitment, mounting strength, heat clearance, or manufacturing reliability.
Furthermore, PLUGNPLAYCUSTOMS may decline any request that we cannot manufacture safely or reliably. When possible, we may suggest a similar design that works better with the available materials and mounting system.
Usage notes
These custom quad exhaust tip inserts primarily change the appearance of the rear of the vehicle. Unless we specifically include a functional exhaust modification in the approved design, the inserts will not change engine performance.
Likewise, most custom insert designs will not create a noticeable change in exhaust sound. Although a different outlet shape may slightly affect the tone, we do not guarantee any specific sound change.
Heat clearance and maintenance
Exhaust components become extremely hot during use. Therefore, the installed tips must maintain proper clearance from the bumper, rear valance, wiring, plastic panels, and other heat-sensitive parts.
