The PNPC 76mm Throttle Body Upgrade Kit increases the throttle-body opening from the factory approximately 68mm diameter to 76mm while maintaining a direct electronic connection and bolt-on installation.
The complete kit combines a new aftermarket 76mm electronic throttle body with a PNPC CNC-machined aluminum adapter and a purpose-built reinforced silicone reducer coupler. Together, the components allow the larger throttle body to integrate with the factory intake manifold and charge-pipe system without cutting, fabrication, or electronic modification.

The factory 3.3T throttle body measures approximately 68mm at the throttle opening. The PNPC kit increases that opening to 76mm.

Increasing the diameter from approximately 68mm to 76mm increases the throttle-opening cross-sectional area from approximately 3,632 mm² to approximately 4,536 mm².
The 76mm opening provides approximately 24.9% more cross-sectional opening area than the factory approximately 68mm throttle body.
This measurement refers specifically to throttle-opening cross-sectional area. It should not be interpreted as a claim of 25% more airflow, horsepower, or engine output.

Our testing has demonstrated more than a 1 WHP gain. However, the actual A/B comparisons produced substantially larger measured improvements.

Stock Genesis G70 3.3T Dyno Test
We performed an A/B comparison on a stock Genesis G70 3.3T using the same vehicle and dyno.
The vehicle was first tested with the factory approximately 68mm throttle body. We then installed the PNPC 76mm Throttle Body Kit and repeated the test with the rest of the vehicle unchanged.

Modified Genesis G70 3.3T Testing
We also tested the 76mm throttle body on our modified development Genesis G70 3.3T.
The vehicle retained the same supporting modifications and tuning between the factory throttle-body and 76mm throttle-body configurations.

PNPC CNC-Machined Aluminum Adapter
The 76mm throttle body does not directly bolt to the factory 3.3T intake manifold. Therefore, the PNPC kit includes a CNC-machined aluminum adapter designed specifically to connect the larger throttle body to the factory manifold.

The adapter also positions the larger throttle body correctly for the surrounding intake and charge-pipe components.
Custom Reinforced Silicone Coupler
The kit includes a custom molded reinforced silicone reducer coupler designed specifically for the PNPC 76mm throttle-body conversion.
The coupler transitions from approximately 86mm at the throttle-body side to the factory charge-pipe connection while incorporating the required angle for proper alignment.

This eliminates the need to stack generic reducers or improvise the connection between the larger throttle body and the factory charge pipe.
Complete Electronic Throttle Body
The kit includes a complete new aftermarket 76mm electronic throttle body.
You do not need to disassemble the factory throttle body or transfer electronic components from it. Simply disconnect the factory unit and connect the factory electrical connector to the supplied 76mm throttle body.

Bolt-On Installation
The PNPC 76mm Throttle Body Kit installs using the factory throttle-body location and factory charge-pipe routing.
Installation typically takes approximately 15 minutes with basic hand tools.
- Remove the factory charge-pipe connection
- Disconnect and remove the factory throttle body
- Install the PNPC CNC adapter
- Install the supplied 76mm throttle body
- Connect the factory electrical connector
- Install the supplied reducer coupler
- Reconnect the factory charge pipe
The factory charge-pipe clamps are reused during installation.

Our official advertised power claim is 1+ WHP. In our A/B testing, a stock Genesis G70 3.3T recorded a +13.61 WHP difference, while our modified development G70 recorded a +27.38 WHP difference. Actual results will vary between vehicles and setups.
Do I need an ECU tune?
No. An ECU tune is not required to install or operate the PNPC 76mm Throttle Body Kit.
Does the throttle body need to be recalibrated?
No. Throttle recalibration is not required for installation.
Do I need to transfer electronics from my factory throttle body?
