68mm → 76mm Throttle Body Upgrade
The factory Genesis G70 3.3T and Kia Stinger 3.3T throttle body measures approximately 68mm. In comparison, the PNPC conversion increases the throttle-body opening to a full 76mm.
Factory
~68mm
Approximately 3,632 mm² opening area
PNPC
76mm
Approximately 4,536 mm² opening area
Difference
~25% Greater
Throttle-opening cross-sectional area
Approximately 25% Greater Throttle-Opening Area
Increasing the throttle-body diameter from approximately 68mm to 76mm increases the raw circular opening area from approximately 3,632 mm² to approximately 4,536 mm².
Therefore, the PNPC 76mm throttle body provides approximately 25% greater throttle-opening cross-sectional area compared with the factory approximately 68mm throttle body.
The larger opening gives the intake system additional throttle-body capacity as airflow demand increases. Modified and higher-output combinations may benefit even more as the overall airflow demand of the engine increases.
Official Power Claim: 1+ WHP
Our testing has demonstrated more than a 1 WHP gain.
Since dyno results can vary from car to car, we’re intentionally keeping our advertised power claim simple: 1+ WHP.
Our actual A/B testing recorded significantly larger gains, and we’re publishing the results so customers can review the testing for themselves.

Development Vehicle Supporting Modifications
- ECU tuning
- TCU tuning
- Custom exhaust
- Gutted secondary catalytic converters
This vehicle was modified and should not be interpreted as a stock-vehicle test. Instead, the result provides additional development data showing how the larger throttle body performed on a higher-output configuration.
A Complete Purpose-Built 76mm Conversion
A larger throttle body changes more than the diameter of the opening. It also changes the manifold mounting requirements and charge-pipe connection.
For that reason, PNPC developed the supporting components required to integrate the 76mm throttle body into the Genesis G70 and Kia Stinger 3.3T platform. Instead of sourcing individual adapters or stacking universal reducers, you receive the main components required for the conversion in one package.
What’s Included
- New aftermarket 76mm electronic throttle body
- PNPC CNC-machined aluminum throttle body adapter
- Black CNC adapter finish
- PNPC custom molded silicone reducer coupler
- Required throttle-body mounting hardware
- Required sealing components and gaskets
The installation reuses the factory charge-pipe clamps, so replacement clamps are not included.
Complete 76mm Electronic Throttle Body
The kit includes a complete new aftermarket 76mm electronic throttle body. Consequently, you do not need to disassemble your factory throttle body or transfer its electronics into another housing.
- Complete 76mm electronic throttle body included
- No factory electronics transfer
- No throttle-body disassembly required
- No separate throttle recalibration required
PNPC CNC-Machined Aluminum Adapter
The PNPC CNC-machined aluminum adapter connects the larger 76mm throttle body to the factory Genesis/Kia 3.3T intake manifold.
We designed the adapter around the factory plastic intake manifold and the larger throttle-body mounting pattern. In addition, its internal geometry creates a smooth transition from the larger throttle-body opening into the factory manifold.
- CNC-machined aluminum construction
- Black finish
- Approximately 1-inch-thick design
- Designed specifically for the Genesis/Kia 3.3T platform
- Correct factory-manifold mounting pattern
- Correct mounting pattern for the 76mm throttle body
- Smooth internal transition into the factory intake manifold
- No intake-manifold modification required
Custom Silicone Charge-Pipe Coupler
The larger throttle body also changes the diameter and position of the charge-pipe connection. Instead of relying on stacked universal reducers, PNPC developed a custom molded silicone coupler specifically for this conversion.
The coupler accounts for the diameter change while incorporating the slight angle required for proper G70 and Stinger charge-pipe alignment. As a result, the connection remains compact and purpose-built.
- Approximately 86mm ID on the throttle-body side
- Approximately 60mm ID on the charge-pipe side
- Custom molded geometry
- Built-in slight angle for proper charge-pipe alignment
- Reinforced automotive silicone construction
- Black finish
- Designed around the G70 and Stinger installation
- Eliminates stacked universal reducers
- Works with the factory charge-pipe clamps
Approximately 15-Minute Installation
We designed the PNPC conversion to keep installation straightforward. You do not need custom fabrication, intake-manifold cutting, throttle-body electronics transfer, or custom charge-pipe construction.
Additionally, the factory electronic connector connects to the supplied throttle body while the purpose-built CNC adapter and silicone coupler handle the mechanical conversion.
Installation Process
- Disconnect the factory charge pipe from the original throttle body.
- Remove the factory throttle body.
- Install the PNPC CNC aluminum adapter onto the factory intake manifold.
- Mount the supplied 76mm electronic throttle body.
- Install the PNPC custom silicone reducer coupler.
- Reuse the factory charge-pipe clamps to secure the connection.
- Reconnect the factory throttle-body electrical connector.
- Verify proper installation and operation.
No Electronics Transfer
The kit includes a complete electronic throttle body, so your factory throttle-body electronics remain assembled.
No Recalibration
The conversion does not require a separate throttle-body recalibration.
No Fabrication
The purpose-built adapter and coupler eliminate cutting, custom piping, and intake-manifold modification.
No ECU Tune Required
You can install and operate the PNPC 76mm Throttle Body Upgrade Kit without an ECU tune. Therefore, tuning is not required simply to make the larger throttle body function.
However, every vehicle setup differs. Modified vehicles with additional airflow, boost, fueling, exhaust, and tuning changes may place greater airflow demand on the throttle body and intake system.
For that reason, the amount of performance improvement can vary depending on the complete vehicle configuration.
No Throttle Recalibration Required
The conversion does not require a separate throttle-body recalibration after installation. Likewise, you do not need to transfer the factory throttle-body electronics into the supplied unit.
This approach keeps installation significantly simpler than conversions that require opening both throttle bodies and transferring internal electronic components.
No Cutting or Fabrication
The PNPC adapter mounts directly to the factory intake manifold without cutting or machining it. Meanwhile, the custom silicone coupler connects the larger throttle body to the factory charge pipe without custom piping.
Because the conversion preserves the factory intake manifold and wiring, the installation also remains reversible.
Genesis G70 & Kia Stinger Compatibility
- Genesis G70 3.3T: All model years
- Kia Stinger 3.3T: All model years

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the official horsepower claim for the PNPC 76mm throttle body?
We’re intentionally keeping the official advertised claim conservative at 1+ WHP. Our testing has demonstrated more than a 1 WHP gain, while our actual A/B dyno comparisons recorded larger measured differences.
Does 1+ WHP mean every vehicle is guaranteed to gain at least 1 WHP?
No. The 1+ WHP figure is our intentionally conservative advertised claim based on our testing. Dyno results vary between vehicles and conditions, so we do not guarantee a minimum horsepower increase on every vehicle.
What did the stock G70 dyno test show?
The stock Genesis G70 3.3T recorded 336.97 WHP and 401.55 WTQ with the factory approximately 68mm throttle body. With the PNPC 76mm configuration, it recorded 350.58 WHP and 414.85 WTQ.
That represents a measured difference of +13.61 WHP and +13.30 WTQ during the A/B comparison.
Was the +13.61 WHP test performed on a stock vehicle?
Yes. That comparison used an otherwise stock Genesis G70 3.3T. The vehicle configuration remained unchanged between the factory throttle-body and PNPC 76mm throttle-body tests.
What did the modified development G70 test show?
Our modified PNPC development G70 recorded a measured +27.38 WHP difference during its factory-vs-76mm A/B comparison.
Was the +27.38 WHP development G70 stock?
No. The development G70 used ECU tuning, TCU tuning, a custom exhaust, and gutted secondary catalytic converters. Those supporting modifications and tuning remained unchanged between both throttle-body configurations.
How large is the PNPC throttle body?
The kit upgrades the factory approximately 68mm throttle body to a full 76mm electronic throttle body.
How much larger is the 76mm throttle-body opening?
The raw circular opening area increases from approximately 3,632 mm² at 68mm to approximately 4,536 mm² at 76mm. That represents approximately 25% greater throttle-opening cross-sectional area.
Does 25% greater opening area mean 25% more airflow or horsepower?
No. The approximately 25% figure describes only the mathematical increase in throttle-opening cross-sectional area. It does not represent a 25% increase in airflow, horsepower, or power.
Does the kit include the throttle body?
Yes. You receive a complete new aftermarket 76mm electronic throttle body with the conversion kit.
Is the supplied throttle body OEM?
No. The kit includes a new aftermarket electronic throttle body selected for the PNPC 76mm conversion.
Do I have to transfer my factory throttle-body electronics?
No. The supplied unit comes as a complete electronic throttle body, so you do not need to disassemble or transfer electronics from the factory unit.
Does the 76mm throttle body require ECU tuning?
No. You can install and operate the PNPC 76mm Throttle Body Upgrade Kit without an ECU tune.
Do I need to recalibrate the throttle body?
No. The conversion does not require a separate throttle-body recalibration after installation.
Does the kit include charge-pipe clamps?
No. Installation reuses the factory charge-pipe clamps.
How long does installation take?
We estimate approximately 15 minutes with normal hand tools and basic mechanical experience.
Does installation require cutting or fabrication?
No. The CNC adapter and custom silicone coupler create a bolt-on conversion without cutting or custom fabrication.
Do I have to modify the intake manifold?
No. We designed the CNC adapter to mount directly to the factory 3.3T intake manifold without modifying it.
Why does the kit use a custom silicone coupler?
The larger throttle body changes both the connection diameter and charge-pipe alignment. Our custom coupler handles the diameter reduction and slight angle in one purpose-built component instead of using stacked universal reducers.
